Does this handle annual EA form generation?
Yes. EA forms and the CP8D listing are generated from the same payroll data at year-end, so they match what was actually paid and deducted.
What happens when EPF or SOCSO rates change?
We maintain the statutory tables in the system. A rate or ceiling change is applied centrally and takes effect from the cycle it should, without you editing formulas.
Can it handle mid-month joiners, resignations and unpaid leave?
Yes — pro-rated salary, pro-rated statutory contributions, and unpaid-leave adjustments are calculated automatically for partial-month cases.
Can employees access their own payslips?
Yes, through the self-service portal. They can view and download current and historical payslips, EA forms, and their leave balance.
Does it integrate with an attendance or thumbprint system?
