How much does a website cost in Malaysia?
Our business websites start from RM2,499 and e-commerce sites from RM4,999. The final figure depends on how many pages you need, whether content and photography are ready, and which systems it has to connect to. We quote a fixed price before any work begins, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
How long does a project take?
A straightforward business website is typically ready in two to four weeks once we have your content. Chatbots and business software depend on how many processes we are automating. We give you a timeline in writing with the quote, and tell you early if anything is going to slip.
Do you work with businesses outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and work with clients across Malaysia. Most projects run over WhatsApp and video calls, so there is no need for you to travel or to schedule in-person meetings unless you want them.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Payment is staged against the project — typically a deposit to start and the balance on completion, with larger builds split across milestones. The exact terms are written into your quotation before work starts.
Can you take over a website or system someone else built?
Often, yes. We will look at what exists first and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or whether rebuilding will cost you less over time. If we think you should keep what you have, we will say so.
What happens after the website or system goes live?
We hand over full ownership, train your team on anything they need to manage themselves, and stay reachable on the same WhatsApp number you dealt with during the build. Ongoing support and maintenance are available but never compulsory.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage the site myself?
No. Content, pricing, blog posts, contact details and SEO settings are all editable from an admin panel built for non-technical staff. You should never need a developer to change a phone number or update a price.
Can you connect WhatsApp to my existing systems?
That is one of the main things we build. WhatsApp chatbots can answer common customer questions, capture enquiries, and pass order or booking details into the systems you already use. What is possible depends on your current setup, so we scope it properly before quoting.
