Can customers book directly through our website?
A website booking form that feeds enquiries straight into the system is part of the Custom tier. Full online payment for packages can be added with a payment gateway.
Does it handle umrah instalment plans?
Yes — deposit plus a schedule of instalments is a core feature, with automatic reminders to staff (and optionally to the customer) as each due date approaches.
Can it track profit per booking?
Yes. Because it holds both the customer payments and the supplier costs for a booking, it shows the margin on each trip and on each package overall.
Can different staff have different access?
