Ecommerce websites for Malaysian businesses that need the store to sell, not just exist
FPX, cards and e-wallets at checkout, local courier integration, fast product pages, and an admin you can run yourself — built so a first-time visitor can buy in under a minute.
Starting from RM4,999 — one-time build
A lot of Malaysian online stores quietly leak sales. The checkout has too many steps, or asks a shopper to create an account before they can pay. FPX — the way a large share of Malaysians actually pay online — is missing or buried. Product pages don't answer the obvious pre-purchase questions (sizing, delivery time, return policy), so the shopper leaves to ask on WhatsApp and never comes back. And the store owner can't update a price or mark something out of stock without emailing a developer.
We build stores around Malaysian buying habits: FPX bank transfer, cards and major e-wallets at checkout, a guest checkout that takes under a minute, and product pages that pre-empt the questions that otherwise become abandoned carts. Courier integration produces real shipping rates and tracking numbers. Stock, prices, orders and content are all managed from an admin built for a non-technical owner. Where it makes sense we build on WooCommerce; where a template genuinely can't do the job, we build custom.

For Malaysian businesses
Checkout supports FPX (all major banks), credit/debit cards and e-wallets like Touch 'n Go and GrabPay via a Malaysian payment gateway. Shipping integrates with local couriers — J&T, Pos Laju, City-Link, DHL eCommerce — for live rates and tracking. Invoices and receipts can be formatted for SST where you're registered, and the whole store runs on standard Malaysian hosting.

Can I manage products and orders myself after launch?
Yes. The admin panel is built for a non-technical owner — add products, edit prices and stock, and process or refund orders without needing us for routine work.
Do you build on WooCommerce, Shopify, or something custom?
We recommend based on your catalogue and budget. WooCommerce suits most Malaysian SMEs and keeps running costs low. A custom Laravel build is for stores that need logic a template can't handle, like B2B pricing tiers or subscriptions. We generally steer away from Shopify for FPX-heavy stores because of transaction fees and gateway limitations.
Which payment methods can customers use?
FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Visa/Mastercard, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, through a Malaysian payment gateway. We set up the gateway account with you during the build.
How does shipping work?
We connect your courier account so checkout shows real rates by weight and destination, and each paid order can generate a tracking number that's sent to the customer automatically.
Can the online store share stock with my physical shop?
Yes, with the POS & Retail Management system or a compatible POS — stock is then a single number that both the counter and the website draw down. This is part of the Custom Commerce scope.
Will the store be able to rank on Google?
The Growth tier includes the SEO groundwork — clean URLs, category and product metadata, structured data and fast pages. Ongoing ranking work is covered by our separate SEO service.
